ABOUT MARTIN
Martin Fletcher, better known as "Fletch," is the co-founder and proud member of the Road Less Travelled Expedition Team — a ragtag crew of soft-handed, desk-bound adventurers who, on occasion, swap spreadsheets for sleeping bags in a relentless (and mildly questionable) pursuit of the extraordinary!
Since 2019, Fletch has embraced some of the world's toughest challenges to shine a light on the importance of a mentally healthy life for everyone.
He passionately believes that you don't have to be the strongest, you don't have to be the fittest and you certainly don't have to be the most organised to embrace adventure!
You just have to say "YES"....!
When Fletch isn't rowing or swimming across open oceans, running through deserts, or riding over mountains, he works with companies to bring the same passion and adventure to boardrooms, projects and teams.
